Our Story

Lardas & Associates LLP is an Athens-based business law firm built upon a strong
transactional/corporate and dispute resolution foundation. The firm was founded in 2005 by
Elias and Panos Lardas, renamed in 2011 to Nikolinakos – Lardas & Partners LLP to return to
its initial name in the year 2019.

The Firm has in-depth, genuine and proven expertise in a wide range of legal areas and
specific sectors and has gained a reputation for vigorous representation of clients before
Courts, including the Supreme Court of Greece.

Our specialization covers, inter alia, the following areas: Corporate & commercial law, data
protection, intellectual property, real estate & construction, white collar criminal defense &
investigations, general criminal law representation, civil law dispute resolution.
