Elias is currently a Senior Partner of Lardas and Associates LLP and also its founder. He practices law since 1995, and focuses on litigation regarding corporate and civil law. His practice also includes criminal litigation mostly in the area of white collar crimes. He also
serves as general counsel for corporations in numerous industries.

 

Elias also serves as strategic advisor to clients in order to resolve issues and achieve their aims without the need to resort to litigation. Elias dispute resolution experience spans to various aspects of law. His work is divided between advice for and defense of private companies and individuals on policy development and enforcement strategy. He is skilled in all forms of dispute resolution, including (civil and commercial) litigation plus arbitration. Hehandles litigation involving a wide variety of issues, such as product liability, insurance law,energy law, bankruptcy, white collar criminal defense, compensation, industrial and intellectual property disputes plus general commercial disputes. He has wide ranging experience and expertise across key industry sectors and has represented, inter alia, financial service companies, insurance companies, retailers, manufacturers, construction companies, telecoms operators, TV and radio operators, media companies and also the Athens Bar Association in civil litigation. Elias is a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Greece.
